Overall I had a great experience, I got a great deal on a new car. The sales team was great. I had to come with my 2 year old son and they made things as quick as possible and were very friendly. There was a slight mix up on the car I intended to come test drive but they were able to get me into the same car (with less gadgets, which is fine) right at the price point I needed to be at. Thank you Lewis and Crystal for your assistance in making it a good car buying experience.

Before going to Classic Ford my son had already stopped...

Before going to Classic Ford my son had already stopped by and looked around and talked to a salesman,Kyle. He contacted my son back again and we told him we would be coming by on Saturday. We had already told him what we were looking and he told us what he had. We went in on Saturday morning around 11 and test drove 2 cars. We haggled back and forth all afternoon about prices til we came together on a mutual price. We were very happy with service and to the extent that everyone went to to make sure we got what we wanted. Thanks again to Kyle for going out of his way to make my son and his girlfriend very happy with there new 2013 Ford Fusion. Thanks, Phyllis Godwin Matthew Godwin Jenny Cato

My husband and I decided to visit Classic Ford in Smithfield to look at the new Ford Escapes. We had done some online research prior and had decided to test drive the Ford Escape and the Honda CRV. After meeting Jacqueline Dickens and going on a couple of test drives, we decided to purchase an Escape without even test driving the CRV. Jacqueline was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. We liked the fact that the dealership was close to home. We absolutely love our new Escape and couldn't have been happier with the entire process.

I was promptly greeted by a sales associate upon my arrival; he was friendly and very helpful with getting my new car. They made sure the car I purchased was completely clean and had a full tank of gas without me having to request it; this was the first dealership I have dealt with that offered that on its own. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend.

I had a wonderful experience at Classic Ford. It started with the email welcome from Yolanda and continued with the fantastic service from my sales associate Sidney and ended with a relatively simple signing of lots of forms. The entire process took less than two hours and everyone was professional and friendly. i would definitely shop there again and refer them to my friends.

The team new I was on a tight schedule. They were ready for me, got everything done, answered every question, and got me out the door fast. Best service I could hope for -- very impressed. Wonderful people to have in a company.

I like Lewis (Mr. Allen). He went out of his way to help me get financing for the vehicle that I wanted. I got the Transit/Connect and I love it. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I think Mr. Allen is an honorable and decent man and Classic Ford of Smithfield should be grateful to have him on their team.

I love the car but feel like I was pushed into buying it...

I love the car but feel like I was pushed into buying it after agreeing to a test drive. I told them I did not want to go over a certain monthly payment and not once did they suggest that I look at a different vehicle. I know it is their business to sell cars but I would have liked to be given options.
