MY EXPERIENCE AT CLASSIC FORD IN SMITHFIELD WITH MS. JACQUELINE DICKENS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM ANY SALES PERSON IN THE AUTO BUSINESS. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE. NOT ONLY DID I GET THE CAR THAT I WANTED I FEEL THAT I HAVE ALSO GAINED A FRIEND. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE VERY NICE AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU UPON WALKING TO THE DOOR. OTHERS THAT I HAVE TALKED WITH DURING MY TIME THERE WAS MS YOLANDA, AND MR JAMIL. I HOPE I SPELLED THEIR NAMES CORRECTLY. BUT OVERALL EVERYONE AT CLASSIC FORD OF SMITHFIELD WAS VERY GOOD TO ME AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THE SERVICES AND I WOULD SURELY SUGGEST THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AT ANY GIVEN TIME. JOB WELL DONE...

Very nice sales staff. From speaking with the young lady on the phone. To Patrick my sales person and sales manager. To the young I dealt with in financing. Everyone was pleasant.

Patrick is a fantastic salesman and he works for you as soon as you meet him. He asked what I was looking for in a truck and then got me a couple of choices to pick from. Once we made the deal and Jamil took over it was quick and easy to get the paperwork completed and the team got my truck ready for me to pick up the same day. I am self employed and my schedule made me need to shop for the truck on Saturday and they made it happen. thank you to everyone at Classic Ford!!!!

Patrick was awesome. He listened to what I wanted in a car and showed me exactly what I wanted. I had intentions of shopping at other dealerships, but Patrick gave me such a great deal, I couldn't pass it up. Jamil was my fiance guy and he got me a terrific interest rate with payments I can afford. The Classic Ford team is wonderful. Patrick was great! He was very helpful, knew details about the car, never made me feel pressured and work towards my best interest. Jamil is the very saw way. He was great to work with. This is the second car I bought from there. The first car was less than a month and a half ago. The first sales person I had was not pleasant, did not know about the car and used her single mother excuse to pressure me into buying the car. She seem more concerned about selling than me as a person.

It is with pleasure that I give an overall rating of 5 in all criteria listed. My visit with Classic Ford was great. I was looking for a used car that would get good gas mileage, one that was durable, with low monthly payments, and not too small. At Classic Ford, Jacqueline Dickens respected my request. She didn’t waste my time showing me cars that did not meet ALL my needs. She recommended the Ford Fusion. Once all the paper work was completed, before I left, Jacqueline set my cell phone in sync with the car’s voice activated phone system. Wow! Also, Jamil Stanton helped keep my monthly payments within an affordable range. The Classic Ford team is the best sales team I've ever met.

Patrick was very easy to work with on the purchase of our car. He had the paper work ready when we arrived to pick up the car. He answered all our questions and was knowledgeable about the process.

Patrick was as personable as they come. I never had so much fun car shopping! Once I decided what I wanted the rest of the staff was quick to work their magic. This was our second purchase from this dealership and I would recommend them based on the past two experiences.
