Classic Ford

I have been working with Lewis Allen off and on for about 2 or 3 years, he has always been up front and honest with me. When we had a problem with one of the used vehicles that I was looking at he assured me he would do everything he could to put me in a truck that would siut me and my wife. As for the Sales manager, he did not not come into the office one time to speak to me or my wife while we were puchasing the new truck which I thought was kind of rude after the mishap with the used one I was looking at. I would recomend anyone to go see Lewis, as for Stan the sales manager, not so much

My experience at Classic Ford was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. All of the associates were very professional and knowledgeable of my paricular process. Very good service from our sales person and the finance Manager. Answered questions we had and worked to get a good deal for us. We had to bring the cra back over for a slight blemish repair and it was taken care of promptly.

I really loved the way I was treated as a customer. Jacqueline was very friendly and honest on both of the occasions we dealt with her. A real Professional!. In addition, the finance officer, Jamil, took his time to ensure that our experience was as is should be. I would defnitely use Jacqueline again when we come back to this dealership.

After having issues with my local dealer, the normal "sales" games, I called Classic Ford in Smithfield. Yolanda was great and quickly responded to my email request. I had a couple of more questions that she again promptly answered. We came to an agreement over the phone and I drove over an hour the next morning to pick up my new car. When I arrived Sidney Lowe had the car ready to go and most of the paperwork ready. I finished with the Finance Manager Jamil Stanton and was out the door with NO surprises! I would recommend this team to anyone including my family... and I will!!

The customer service was flawless. The men and women made the atmosphere very welcoming due to the fact that I was coming in compeletly unaware of how I was going to get treated due to the fact I needed a co-signer which is my wifes mom due to POA and my wifes absence due to the military, the fact that me being a women is married to a women or the mere fact that I had a credit score of 0. Well needless to say lewis walked me every step of the way , made me feel comfortable, and kept following up with me while I waited to see if I could even be approved. But after lewis and his team worked rigorously they found someone that would accept and approve me. I am very thankful for him and his team. THANK YOU ALL!!
