I worked with Yolanda Taylor at Classic Ford Lincoln in Smithfield. Yolanda was wonderful. We talked on the phone before I went out there and she was very helpful and friendly. When I got out there, they were willing to work with me and give me an even better price than I expected. They also were very fair with the value of my trade-in. I expected to have to go through the stress of haggling, but that was not the case. I am completely satisfied with my car purchase and my experience at Classic Ford Lincoln in Smithfield. I would recommend to anyone to use this dealership, you will not be disappointed!

The experience at Classic Ford was by far our best...

The experience at Classic Ford was by far our best experience in purchasing a new car. We had not purchased a new car in quite a while partially due to the "hassle" of dealing with salespeople when you were just in the looking stage. This is why my initial contact was via internet. Our experience in dealing with Yolanda was awesome from start to finish. She listened to our needs and without being pushy gave information so that we could make an informed decision. Yolanda was quick to respond to all questions that were asked and truely made this experience a pleasant one. She even helped us to surprise our son with the car. Mr. Allen was also very accomodating when our "surprise" for our son needed to be moved up a day. Both of these individuals realized how important it was to us that our son see his new car at the dealership and be surprised. They helped us put a sign on it and even provided balloons. It made for a day that our son will never forget.

We were so impressed with Yolanda Taylor and the...

We were so impressed with Yolanda Taylor and the excellent customer service she provided us. She went out of her way and bent over backwards to make sure my wife and I would be satisfied with our purchase. She was very hands on with us and helping us decide which vehicle would best suit our growing family, she even installed our car seats into two vehicles to make sure we would be satisfied with the room. Once we had made our decision, Yolanda went the extra mile to find us the 2012 Escape we wanted, in the color we wanted, with all the features we wanted, and have it shipped in. When it came time to discuss financing she simply listened to what we were willing to pay monthly and she was able to come within pennies of that number. We will definitely be coming back for our next car!

Outstanding service. I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback on 11/2/2011. The salesperson Yolanda Taylor was just excellent. She was professional and straight talking. I would highly recommend her and this dealership if you are shopping for a car.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Jackie Dickens did her best to get us everything we wanted - and she did! Great service. Best Deal ever! I will tall everyone about Jackie and Classic Ford.

I have tried to deal with Classic Ford in the past w/o success. I had always been able to do much better at the larger Ford Dealers in Raleigh or Cary. THAT HAS CHANGED! After leaving a large Ford dealer in Cary, I went to Classic Ford in Smithfield and could not be happier. Brian Johnson, the salesman was great!!! The sales manager and finance staff were a pleasure to deal with. The entire staff just came off as good down home guys with no high pressure big city sales attitudes. From the time I made my offer until the time I drove off was less than an hour. I have sat at the larger dealers longer than that just waiting on someone to evaluate my trade. I looked long and hard b/f purchasing from Brian at Classic Ford and can say the price paid and the trade allowance given were the best.
