My experience with Classic Ford Lincoln Smithfield was outstanding! My salesperson was Ms. Yolanda Taylor, and she did a great job in meeting my buying needs. Initially, we established communication though the Internet and email. Later, she contacted me by phone to follow up and address questions; the call was greatly appreciated. This was a great experience because the price of my F-150 was the best I could find, and the customer service was outstanding. When my wife and I entered the dealership, we were courteously greeted by at least five members of Classic Ford Lincoln Smithfield sales team. One of the sales reps introduced us to Ms. Yolanda Taylor. Later we had the opportunity to work with finance. The financial rep was help in providing various payment alternatives, and April was extremely helpful with the SYNC training. Again, my overall buying experience with Classic Ford Lincoln Smithfield was outstanding!

I am a very busy medical executive so I do not have al ot...

I am a very busy medical executive so I do not have al ot of "extra" time to spend looking for cars ( or any other products) I wanted to purchase my husband a truck for his birthday, so I began to look online to pre-shop. I called another dealership and explained that I wanted to give all my information over the phone so that I would not have to come in and sit for hours. They ( the other guys) told me that I would have to come in before any paperwork could be started....FAIL! I then googled Smithfield dealerships and Classic Ford comes up, I email the internet manager and with an hour Yolanda calls me back. She took all my information and tells me she would call me in the morning. ( it was very late in the day) well, low and behold, the next say I receive a call from her, telling me to come on down. Within an hour I had purchased my husbands truck, they even offered to keep it on premises so I could surprise him the next weekend. It gets better, while there we mentioned we have a daughter doing well in college, Yolanda tells us that Classic Ford has this awesome college incentive program! So you guessed it within 4 days of each other I have purchased 2 vehicles....and couldnt be happier!

This will be the second automobile we have purchased from...

This will be the second automobile we have purchased from this dealership. We have nothing but good things to say about the sales people and the finance staff. They did not rush us and explained everything every step of the why. They even stayed late to finish our sale. My time is valuable and with this dealship our sale moved fast and efficent. When my son gets ready for his first truck/car we will surely be going back to Classic Ford in Smithfield NC and I have already this morning spread the word about the GREAT service!!!

Jamil was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to show my aunt how to properly operate the vehicle and ensured that she was comfortable with the car prior to her leaving.

I really enjoyed my car buying experience. It was easy...

I really enjoyed my car buying experience. It was easy with no pressure. I felt that I was treated with respect, which does not always happen to women who are shopping for large purchases. Jamil was an excellent sales person and very knowledgeable about the Ford products I was looking at. Although what I wanted was not on the lot, he was able to locate the exact product I was searching for. I would recommend Jamil and Classic Ford Lincoln to anyone I meet.

Easiest buying experience I have every had...know the product and have a tech expert to introduce the new Sync features for the 2011 Explorer. Top notch and able to handle any curve ball I threw at them.

Yolanda was very friendly, professional and a joy to work with. She supplied me with answers to all of my questions quickly and completely, even on days when she was not at the dealership. I was very pleased with the price of my new car. I would not hesitate buying another vehicle from Classic Ford Lincoln in the future.

I have purchased 3 new cars over the years and this was...

I have purchased 3 new cars over the years and this was by far, the absolute best experience I have had. Yolanda was very reponsive from the very first contact she made. She was very enthusiastic and positive. I actually looked forward to meeting her after speaking with her on the phone. She provided superior customer service and surpassed my expectations on every level. My husband and I actually laughed and enjoyed the car buying experience, which often is not the case. We left feeling we had been given the best the dealership had to offer. My next vehicle purchase will be at Classic and I will ask for Yolanda personally.

Yolanda and the team at Classic Ford were professional, prompt and accomondating. I utilized the ZAG internet service offered by my insurance company to secure a no hassel price for our new car. Within 2 hours at the dealership, we completed the entire transaction! Thank you for making it easy!
