Thorough Orientation

We are first-time Volvo buyers. At delivery, our salesperson took extra time to do a complete orientation of the car's features and to set up our Bluetooth, Serius XM stations, and Volvo on-Call app, as well as explain and customize other features. That was great since I would have probably put all that off until a later date! Very nice to have the knowledge right away and drive off the lot ready to go.

Great cars, terrible service experience.

We're longtime Volvo owners with four of these cars of varying ages. Love the cars. The downside is the dealership experience, and you are chained to the dealership for software updates. Weaver Brothers Volvo has terrible customer service. The prices seem to change depending on who you talk to, and frankly they do not always keep their word. If you order a part from Weaver Brothers or call about a service be sure to get an installed, out-the-door price quote in writing. I recently ordered a new remote that needed programming. The first time I ordered it, I never heard back. When I called them, I learned they never actually ordered it. I placed a second order. When making the appointment to have the remote programmed with the car, I asked the price for the work. Once it was done, the price was higher than originally quoted: $293. Why don't they quote the full price up front? I wish I could say this was the first time the price suddenly switched but it's not. I went in for servicing on another car a few months ago, was quoted one price when scheduling and asked to pay something more at pickup. You cannot trust what these people say. Just a few days ago I phoned Weaver Brothers parts to ask about ordering a spare key for one of our cars. I was told I could order the key but it would need to programmed with the car present. Trouble is, that car is at college in another city. When I went in to order that key, I was told I was given incorrect information over the phone. They said I could order a key for that model year, no programming required. I like doing business with people whose word I can trust. That is not Weaver Brothers Volvo. And Volvo of Cary has its own issues.

Great Dealership!

Great Dealership! We just bought our XC60 and wanted to add the Homelink mirror to the car. Price was fair, service was prompt, and everyone was wonderfully helpful. I will never go any place else for cars OR service!

Great car buying experience

Always a great experience We have purchased several cars from Weaver Brothers from Fred, and all have been positive experiences. We were treated courteously and transactions were fair and cordial. They bend over backwards to be helpful...highly recommended. Volvo’s are great cars too!

I can always count on Weaver Brother Volvo ("WBV")

While out-of-state, I had an two issues with my 2007 2.5T V70; it was hesitating/starting roughly and a tire pressure monitoring system ("TPMS") light came on. I went to a location of the (non-Volvo) national car care franchise that replaced my tires two (2) months earlier (in Raleigh). I walked out of that national car care location with a $9.99 gas additive but a list of >$2K in suspension repairs which I was told were "safety issues". I consulted with Jessica at WBV that day and decided to drive the car back to Raleigh without the suggested repairs. When my WBV mechanic, Mick, inspected my car, it turned out that --while some of the components of my suspension were showing wear-- non of them posed imminent safety issues. Thank you to Mick and the Service Group at WBV for your honesty. Its what keeps me coming back! All the best, JMc

Fantastic!

This Volvo dealership is my favorite car dealership. I have lived in North Carolina, California, Arizona, and Amsterdam-The Netherlands and Weaver Brothers Volvo is the friendliest and most professional I’ve ever dealt with before. I used to dread going to dealerships and especially their service department, but they are the best!! Thank you!
