Awesome Experience! I have been shopping for months for a new XC90. I called Weaver Bros. and Allen Stuart became my new favorite human! He asked what my dream car was and told me he would find it. The next day he called to say it was on its way to Raleigh and when did I want to come look at it. WoW! I had spoken to dealers in New Bern and Wilmington....I was not impressed. Clearly Allen knew how to capture a customer for the rest of time. Weaver Bros. gave us a loaner Volvo till ours was ready and Allen personally drove my new car to our home 2 hours away and spent time patiently teaching me about my computer on wheels. I love my Volvo and couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I received from Allen Stuart.

BEST EXPERIENCE IN CAR BUYING EVER
WBV has the best folks on board of any car dealership I've ever been in and I've bought a few cars so I've been through the buying experience a few times. Andy Weaver made the process so easy and was phenomenal at explaining all the paperwork and the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. He wasn't pushy; rather, he was most polite and cordial. He had the technological bells & whistles explained in a very clear and personable way. I will be a loyal WBV customer. You can bet on that. And I LOVE MY VOLVO!

Ask for Allen!
After shopping around for a new XC60 at several dealerships, I returned to Weaver Bros. because they had what I wanted at the lot, were willing to negotiate a more than fair price, and because Allen Stuart, my Sales Rep. Allen has 27+ years experience with this dealership and he really knows his stuff. Some of the other sales staff are less experienced so be sure to ask for Allen. The dealership is neat and clean but is not very "deluxe" like you would find at other high-end car dealerships. It's in desperate need of a makeover (which is set to begin very soon). I love my new car and hope to get great service from Weaver Bros. for my scheduled maintenance checks.

Consumer Beware
Horrible customer service. Horrible service, Forget the volvo warranty, you repair once and never pay again. Paid for same repair twice in 3 months. Would no recommend to anyone!

I was treated absolutely horribly
Absolutely terrible experience yesterday at Weaver Brothers. I was told my bill would be one price, I got there and it was another. In a nutshell, I was told by the service representative that I didn't know anything about what I was talking about (though I work in a service/repair industry) I was smirked at, laughed at, mocked, and just generally was treated very rudely. The service representative's name is Chuck Steffani. The service manager did not have control of her service representative either, she let him usurp her authority in the situation and escalate it to the point where there was no resolution.

Great Experience purchasing my new vehicle
Excellent experience while purchasing my new vehicle roughly 1 year ago, I still return for auto repair or regularly scheduled maintenance. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
