Easy Going Process

I was planning to buy the new 2014 Avalon Hybrid, but before I attended to do so, I had to check all the available dealerships and see what they had to offer. To make a long story short, Leith Toyota is what seems the best choice for me personally. The people don't presser you into buying a car like what others did, and they don't annoy you with phone calls or emails. Unfortunately, they didn't have the car that had all the features I wanted. So I emailed the dealership if they can get me the car with the same price and with no extra fees. They emailed me back right away saying that they can get it no later than a week and with no fees. The only thing you had to do is pay a deposit, which well be counted into the price of the car, and you can choose how much money you want to pay for it. Justin Hamlin was my guy. Ask for him when you get there, you won't regret it. This person was the first guy I met as I walked into the dealership just to check it out, he was only offering help. I liked dealing with him, so when things got serious, I contacted him. He stayed with me for the whole process from checking out the cars, to going for a test drive, to go over the paper work. I didn't really have to deal with someone other than him. And when things settled down to the price of the car, he offered me a really great deal.

Buying a new Tundra -- Excellent Salesperson

This was one of three dealers I contacted in the Triangle to buy a new Toyota Tundra. This dealer was by far the best. The salesman Mark Hay was excellent as was the finance person Stanley. No high pressure, very easy to talk to and I feel as though I got a good deal on the vehicle. I have bought about half a dozen new cars in my lifetime and this was one of the best experiences I'd ever had. I haven't used the service dept yet and honestly I rarely do use dealer service depts, but I was so happy with the sales dept. that I might actually try the service dept. as well.

Fantastic Customer Service!

What a wonderful experience! After being pressured at other car dealerships, the Leith Toyota sales team managed to let me know they were there to help if needed but I was free to take my time to look around without unwanted attention -- When I was ready to purchase, Allen B. was extremely patient and never rushed me to make a decision - he provide answers to all my questions, sat down to look at possible financing options, arranged his time to suit my schedule, and as it got late into the evening when the sale was complete, he went through the basics of the car with me to ensure I was comfortable driving home as though he had all the time in the world! Leith Toyota gives such a high priority to customer service, it shines through every department - sales, financing, service - everything seems to be done with the customer's convenience in mind, and I have been thoroughly satisfied with and pleasantly surprised by my experience there!

Good Experience

I visited Leith Toyota in hopes of finding a car. My experience here was great. I was helped by a young man, Eric Driver. I plan on coming back this month to actually buy a car.

Pleased with my car buying experience

We had a good experience with the purchase of our vehicle. The sales rep, Ty Phillips, communicated professionally with us prior to our visit and maintained that trait throughout the process. The details we discussed were including in our final agreement and there were no surprises or alterations. That invoked a low pressure, easy, and pleasing experience. Ty was always available and very responsive to our inquiries and we established an overall level of trust that facilitated our car car buying experience. I am very happy how it all turned out. Thank you!

We will be back again!

My husband and I recently bought a Tundra from Ty. He was awesome. At no time did we feel pressure or feel uncomfortable. He was honest, he was personable, he was helpful, and he made the car buying process actually enjoyable. When it's time for our next car (hopefully mine next time!) we will definitely be going back to Ty. Then when it's time for cars for our kids, we'll be back again! We'll be his customers for life!

Customer Service

I stopped by your lot a week or so ago and was helped by Eric Driver. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeble about the 2013 Rav we looked at. I am in the preliminary stages of shopping now but when I the time is right, I will definately be coming back to Eric and Leith Toyota. Great customer service!

An outstanding experience

Allen Benson is a first class salesman and the best in automobiles I've ever met...........he took his time with me and found the car that is a perfect fit. I recommend him to anyone interested in a new or preowned Toyota......he knows his stuff.
