I recently purchased a 2013 Prius from Leith Toyota on Capital Boulevard. The whole experience was easy, fast, and positive. Terry Eackles understood what I was looking for and quickly located the car that matched my needs. He also took the time to completely explain all of the vehicle's new technological features and the upgraded safety devices. The whole process was very straightforward. I also feel that I was given a fair amount for my trade, which was an 11 year old Prius. By far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Love the new Prius!

We had a fabulous experience with our sales person, Steve Bradby. We completely agree with the other reviewers from Morrisville (Janeia and Jonathan Knox)- he is patient and kind and definitely makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole sales process. We also traded in a 2000 Camry, and he made that easy and fair as well (they matched the Car Max offer we had). He was excellent about answering our questions and concerns, and asked someone else anything he didn't know or wasn't sure about rather than just guessing or giving us incorrect information. We felt like he gave us a great price, and really helped us to get this whole process done relatively quickly as we are expecting our first child in a just a few weeks! Overall, we felt like he really held up his initial promise the day we took a test drive with him to "take care of us". We will definitely be coming back to see him the next time someone in our family needs a new Toyota. Thanks, for everything, Steve! :)

It's amazing to get great customer service these days. I spoke with Terry Eackles because I was looking for a car for my daughter. He was very informative about the new Corolla and what a great bargain they are for a first time car buyer. He empathizes how this car would not only be a first time car but also one to take her through college as well as into her first job. When we decide to do something we will certainly be talking to Terry. Thanks so much for all the valuable information you gave us and for being so nice.

My internet sales person, Jason Lambert, was top of the line! I bought a new 2013 Toyota Corolla from Leith Toyota through Jason, and the experience was excellent! My purchase had a few (self-induced) glitches, but nothing phased Jason and the purchase was super smooth. When I went to pick up the car on my second visit, I had the opportunity to observe Jason interact with another customer. I was impressed, to say the least. Even though the showroom was busy, he was focused on the customer at hand, giving them his sole, undivided attention. The same was true when he dealt with me. Jason was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very capable. He has good interaction with fellow sales associates and with other customers. I will definitely choose Leith Toyota if I ever need another car, and if Jason is still there, he's my first choice! Excellent job!
