The Cable Dahlmer on 103rd Street ended up with my business because of their willingness to work with me and not doing the runaround of going back and forth between the manager, the salesperson, and me. Another location had done that, and I walked in a bit fearfully, thinking this would happen here. Instead, the manager came over to introduce himself to me. I knew then that this would be where I would buy my car. From that point on, it got better. I was listened to about what I wanted and didn't want; they never left me waiting for very long while things were being done. Someone came by to let me know when the next step would take place. The manager came by on his way out to say goodnight and make sure I had no questions. Financing took the longest, and afterwards my salesperson, Ken, took time to show me many things I would need to know in my new Chevy Trax. Ken made sure I had a detailed vehicle and a full tank of gas. I had my last car for 13 years and will miss it for all the adventures we had in our travels and Girl Scout Adventures. BUT my hot blue Trax has already taken me to the Boundary Waters of Minnesota in our first week together. I know it will be a few years, but I will be back to this Cable Dahmer on 103rd Street in the future and am HIGHLY recommending them to everyone I know!

Current service appreciated as I work to get my car purchase on track. Health issues created a situation I had not anticipated. The service received in getting the necessary paperwork to me was handled with direct knowledge of what exactly needed to take place to resolve missing documents and the service rep got right on it.

Mia was absolutely wonderful! I was looking to replace a totaled car and she made sure I was comfortable, confident and content with my purchase! She went above and beyond! Not only did she ensure that I got the try out a variety of cars that met my needs, she even brought the car I was interested in to the store from the Independence location so I could test drive it! She was relaxed and calm through the whole process and was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I looked at and walked me step by step through the purchase! Mia was awesome to work with and I highly recommend her for anyone in a tight car spot or dealing with having to buy a new or used car!

Condition of the car did not meet the suggested integrity of the "15 point inspection." if buying from used car dealership, look closely for issues that are not readily apparent or bring an individual who is well-versed in car conditions. Sales team does not readily admit to flaws of the vehicle nor wish to help rectify these issues following delivery of vehicle. Lack of responses following transaction and inquiry into the issue. They also use pressure tactics to "encourage" the buy as opposed to "making a deal" as I now find I would prefer if I had more background In cars. Would suggest a different dealership who deals more honestly.

We went there to look at a couple vehicles back on April 14th and test drive. We test drove a couple of them and they showed us a 2018 Traverse Premier that was black on black with the redline package and AWD and only had 66000 miles on it. We liked it and was going to go home and discuss it . Then the salesman said that for us to make sure it doesn't get sold to put a deposit on it and so we did. After talking with the salesman through text, I sent my information and they ran my credit and I was approved and we had made an appointment to come in that Saturday to go over all the paperwork and sign and also look for a 2nd vehicle. We planned on getting 2 vehicles. When Saturday came the salesman messaged me to make sure I was coming in and I said yes we were. After driving about a half hour to get there they told me they had sold it even with my deposit on it after being told days before that my deposit would keep it for us. I was told they made a mistake and wrote the wrong vin number down and then tried to keep selling us vehicles that were not the same or had way too many miles or wasn't AWD. They never made good and I'm sure their district manager never heard about it. No one could give me the actual truth of what happened. And now they haven't said called or texted about a vehicle in at least a month or so. And now there's a hard hit on my credit with nothing to show for and when I finally do find a vehicle my score will be less since it'll be on there still. Not to mention when they brought us back to discuss this about searching for another vehicle they came got us out of the showroom floor waiting area and took us down a hallway and left us there in front of an office which was supposedly the used car sales manager except the room looked trashed and there was no tags on the door or desk stating whose office it was. We felt we were treated badly and just shoved out of the way from other customers.

Shady - when I got to the finance guy, the price mysteriously increased $400. It was buried deep in the paperwork. I caught it and they corrected it - but makes me wonder if I missed something else. Also multiple long waits, it took three hours from when I said I'm ready to getting the car. And they low-balled me on the initial trade-in offer - they ended up more than doubling their offer. I think I ended up with the good price quoted on cars.com, but my xx antenna has been raised.
