Bait and switch pricing, KBB value means nothing to them, won't negotiate in good faith. Whatever price Cars.com shows, that's AFTER their "Trade Bonus" and "Financing Bonus" which they calls "savings". Plus their doc fee is $600+.

Car was advertised at $23,000, and when they wrote up the deal it was 27,865. Elsewhere my trade was valued at $7,500 and they offered $1,785. Their numerous fees, adjustments, and deceitfulness gives this industry a terrible reputation.

Dealership was horrible to work with couldn’t get a salesperson,then when I did the price of car was $8000 on cars.com get to the dealership they jumped the price to $10,500,eould not recommend

Had my corvette twice for the same issue. I still don’t think they have it right. $1,600.00 later It’s still driving rough and of course the extended warranty that I purchased from them did not cover anything. The car only has 31,000 miles. No one should have mechanical issues on a vehicle that only has 31,000 miles. The loaner was nice. Service rep was pleasant. Splitting the payment option at no interest for 3 months was a helpful.

Meyer — ★★★★★★ While the process did not start smoothly, the people who ultimately stepped in completely changed my perception of this dealership. People often use the phrase “above and beyond” loosely, but Mohammad truly earned it. As an out-of-state buyer, I had a number of specific questions, concerns, and expectations, and he spent a great deal of time making sure that all of my needs were addressed and that I was left with no unanswered questions. He was diligent, responsive, and fully committed to making sure I was comfortable with every part of the transaction. He also made sure that my car was detailed before it was shipped to me. I truly could not have asked for more. Salvador Lara was also extremely helpful throughout the process. He was diligent in assisting me every step of the way, and he even continued helping me while he was sick. That level of attentiveness and professionalism does not go unnoticed. There was also very special help from Mr. J.B. Meyer, who made sure the deal was completed properly and that I had no questions at all by the end of the process. Like Mohammad, he went above and beyond. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to step in and bring clarity to everything made a real difference. Although the starting point was rocky, these individuals ultimately provided a tailored approach to my needs and made sure those needs were met. That is the kind of service that not only ensures a transaction is completed, but also creates a lasting relationship. These exceptional few completely changed my perception, and I would go through this process again just to have met such remarkable people. Yacento was awesome to work with. I went to look at one vehicle and ended up leaving with a different one...and so happy I did. He stayed in touch before, during, and after the purchase. If I could have gave a zero star rating I would have. He was late to the appointment he asked us to move up and had already moved onto the next person by the time we got back from our test drive. The vehicle I was shown pictures of “after detailing” was extremely dirty when we got there AND my $500 deposit STILL has not been returned to me more than a week later after being told it would only take 5 days to do so. No one will call me back from CD of KC. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the whole process and lack of professionalism.
