Ken was very nice and very helpful he also made sure that I did get the kind of vehicle I was looking for but I just wish that I would of got to look at other ones first before I decided and I also wish that I would’ve been told about the offer if I didn’t like the one that I got that I could of brought it back and chose another one. But over all Ken and Mia were the best.

I went to Cable Dahmer Chevrolet to buy a 2025 Chevrolet Trax, the service was great, Jim Jr did a great job of walking us through the process, my only concern is the prices here are higher than some of the other dealerships I have been to

Worst car buying experience of my life.

Worst car buying experience of my life. Asked for my trade in keys multiple times because I didn’t like the new vehicle. Never gave my keys back. Pressured me to take a car. Car is worth way less than my trade in. Steering wheel bounced around a wouldn’t go back into place. Had to bring the car back to get tires put on. Sunroof doesn’t work. Felt like I wasn’t listened to or valued as a customer.

They’re gonna give you print them out and read them bought a truck and returned it the same day was told to bring it in the shop in two days got there. They said they don’t have an appointment for me told them on day one something is wrong with the truck. I know a little bit about vehicles, but I’m not stupid Paying a lot of money for someone else’s headache and then they tell you you have bumper-to-bumper coverage, but there is shortcuts in it. We’ll post it on every website and every social media page. People work too hard for their money to get a vehicle to have to do repairs in the same xxxx day it’s not right they’ll keep trying to squeeze you until you come out your pocket more and more but yet their advertisement says they go over all use vehicles that’s a lie, they claim they do a checkpoint system

I had a scheduled appointment at 2PM on 8/4/25 Dropped

I had a scheduled appointment at 2PM on 8/4/25 Dropped my car off before noon on 8/4/25 due to a bad right front tire, and the check transmission light was on, and to have the 1st free oil change completed. My car was driven 11 mile by someone at the shop, and this was done on the bad tire with a the side wall blown out. Also during this drive of 11 miles, 34 miles of gas was used, the car had 77 miles to empty when dropped off, I followed it on the App. I was told the tech probably drove it. On 8/14/25 the wrong tire was ordered. On 8/15/25 I was told the right front wheel was bent and a new wheel was ordered. The wheel should have been checked when the bad tire was removed not 10 days after the car was dropped off. I got a call on 8/19/25 the car was ready to be picked up. Communication was terrible, I ask for pictures of the bent wheel but never received, I sent a number of emails with no response. Shop didn’t even wash the car. John Posey drove my car in left it running got out and said your good to go and walk off. I wash the car and I find no wheel weights on the new right front wheel! It might be possible the new tire and wheel was perfectly balanced but I highly doubt it, and I will have it checked out at another shop.
