Love Texas Cars Direct! They made buying a car, trading in my old one and financing super easy. Went in at noon to test drive a car and by 1:30 I was driving away in my new ride!

Did not get a full tank of fuel. Had less than a quarter tank. Most dealerships in Texas send their customers home with a new/used car with a full tank.

Sold a car out from under me. Had called several times over the course of 2 weeks trying to confirm when the vehicle would be cleared for pre purchase inspection. I was told over and over that it wasn't ready yet, it had just come in. I left my contact info and asked for a call because I was ready to buy. I finally got the OK to send over the pre purchase inspector that they recommended. He shows up the next morning and POOF the car is sold. Ridiculous. If you don't want to sell me the car just say you don't want to sell me the car. If you need down payment money to hold a car, just say you need down payment money to hold a car. But to string along for several weeks, then bail out at the end with the inspector standing there expecting to check this car out, that's just rude.

Adam was such a big help! He got us the best deal possible in such a timely manner. We came in shortly before close and we were out the door by 530 with our new vehicle! Thank you for everything Adam!!!!! 5 stars for sure.
