My experience with this dealership is probably the worst
My experience with this dealership is probably the worst i ever had. I had a confirmed appointment for a test drive, but was left waiting 1–1.5 hours with 1 or 2 follow-ups in between, and eventually the test drive never happened which is highly disrespectful of one's time. The dealership also has one of the higest markups in the area for some applicable model, making it clear they prioritize profit over service. Also, they never got back to me with my trade-in appraisal amount. I won’t be returning to them at all for any future car needs.

I would never buy another Mercedes from this dealership. Sold me a car still with factory warranty as well as CPO with the front bumper having damage costing me $1200 to repair!!!

The GM knew exactly what was happening with this purchase and decided to do nothing regarding the bumper and other issues. I will discuss this further with MBUSA in hopes of resolving this matter. Selling me a car that they CPO’d with a damaged bumper is totally unexceptionable and inexcusable. I have been buying Mercedes Benz for almost 50 years.

Dealership was excellent with this purchase. I bought a 2002 Porsche Boxster with just over 21k miles from them. Appreciate they put new tires, battery, oil change, etc. to get it ready. Had been watching the price drop too until it finally fit my budget right before I had to leave town for a week. I received a fair price for my trade too. Anyway the Porsche drove great on the test drive and on the 3 hour drive home. I took it for a drive to the Post Office after being out of town for a week whereupon the dreaded check engine light came on. This was after the 5 day return period too. I took it to the local Porsche dealer for a post purchase inspection. They determined it had a misfire in one spark plug so I paid to change all 6 plugs. It appears the previous owners while driving it less than 1000 miles per year deferred the maintenance due. I'll take of it as time allows. I am having a blast using the Boxster S as my daily driver in the meantime.
