I am truly sorry that you were having problems with the boat, since it has been more than 2.5 years, I do not remember what boat it was. You can contact me at 585 671 4680. We do not recondition or fix boats, and very randomly sell boats, and we utilize marinas to have them go through and recondition, fix everything they see so it is a reliable boat. We do use Upstate Marine, MM Marine, and a few others. Whatever they find, let it be bellows, engine, outdrive, etc etc, they would take care of everything and bill us for all the repairs and services. Sometimes the bills exceeds over $10K. I wish I knew the issues before so I could have gone back to them and see what repairs they have done and if any of the issues you were having was under warranty. But unfortunately, 2.5 years later I can not. You can contact me and I can still see what I can do for you. Again I am truly sorry for the issues you were having and even if we spend all the money to the marine mechanics and marinas to provide a reliable boat, it saddens me to hear that you still need to do more work and not satisfied with the boat.

I do remember the boat, Trophy fishing boat. Upstate Marine reconditioned that boat. $3000 was spent for Hydraulic Steering, $7000 spent for rebuilding the engine, over $2000 spent for bellows, gimbal, outdrive, it had over $4000 worth of fishing electronics, over $1000 fishing rod holders and and over $2000 worth of downriggers etc. Plus I had my collection of Lures, over 200 of them, each one was worth anywhere from $5 upto $40 retail value at the time was over $2000 that I gave for free. And I believe I sold the boat for $18000 . I understand that these means nothing to you, since you had other problems with it but I truly spend close to $20K on the boat to make it reliable and dependable. I do remember talking to you about the trailer maybe six months after you purchased it. Again I am sorry that you were not satisfied and had to spend money to fix other things. After all the reconditioning done in 2020, I have water tested and used the boat for almost 3 months before I put up for sale. Again, I am truly sorry that you were not happy with the purchase, and I want you to know that we have not spared a penny to make sure that it was a reliable and beautiful boat. I am not a marine mechanic and I can only use marine mechanics and go with their recommendations and at the time every thing that was recommended to make it a reliable boat was authorized and done and paid, if they have missed anything, it was not intentional and at the time using the boat for three months did not raise any flags, it started right up, engine sounded excellent, it was powerful, outdrive was excellent, it planed well, it was dry in the engine compartment meaning that bellows and everything was water tight, it was still a 22 year old boat but it really handled the Ontario lake extremely well. I do see that you are dissatisfied, and rightly so, and I am sorry to hear that.

yes. i tried reaching out to you for help and heard nothing from you. never did i think we were going to be taken in such a big way. we’ve spent over 12,000.00 fixing a boat that you promised was water ready. my husband came from long island twice about this boat telling you how important it finally was to have a reliable boat and boy what a mistake dealing with your company has been.
