I cannot say enough good things about Frank Goswick at Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford! After my 4Runner was totaled, I was completely dreading the thought of having to find another vehicle. I had my heart set on a 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor V6 and was pretty picky about exactly what I wanted. They didn’t have one on the lot, but Frank didn’t miss a beat. He tracked down the exact Explorer I wanted from another dealership and made it happen. From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic to work with. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process so easy. I never felt pressured, rushed, or like I was being sold something. It felt like he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle and making sure I was happy. What started out as a really stressful situation ended up being such an exciting experience, and a huge part of that was because of Frank.
