This is the fourth vehicle I have bought. As usual, the purchase experience was excellent. Trey, Jared, Alexandra and Mike in Finance were all professional, friendly and very knowledgable. They made me a great deal with no back and fourth hassle. My Expedition was completed and ready for delivery as promised. I recommend Five Star Ford to everyone I visit with. Everyone in the service department has always been very accommodating as well. My business also buys all of our fleet vehicles from Trey. We had a major mechanical issue with our truck. Vince identified the issues and quickly assed what was needed and the service team needed to repair the problems. Vince tolerated a very antsy client with patience, professionalism, and calm. He'll be our Service go to at Sam Pack!

I don't understand how any auto dealer can get away with
I don't understand how any auto dealer can get away with such terrible customer service in their service department - OR - how Jerry Reynolds of CarPro can give them such high praise - when their customer service is so terrible! The customer service provided by any Nissan Dealer, and many others, is far superior to that of 5 Star Ford! My Nissan Dealer schedules appointments that are real appointments, and they have a "quick service" line for simple service such as oil changes. You can schedule the time and they will meet you at your appointment, take your car in, complete the oil change and have your car out in 30-60 minutes. At 5 Star Ford that doesn't happen! They schedule your appointment, and have no one meet you at your appointed time, and when you finally do get a service rep, they tell you "we don't have a "quick service" line for oil changes - if you decide to wait, it will be several hours to complete your oil change, or we can give you a ride home and come and pick you up when your car is available - so plan on wasting the day with us waiting on your oil change to be completed!" This week, when I arrived at my appointment, my service agent did not meet me at the appointment. One of the other service agents said "I'll text him for you." After waiting 15 minutes for my service agent to arrive - I left, never to return - for service, or for purchase of a Ford vehicle! This has been my experience - every time I've visited 5 Star Ford for oil change service on my Ford! Never again! And... I warn you... if you care about prompt customer focused service... look elsewhere - probably Nissan, or Honda, or Toyota! And... forget... the advice of Jerry Reynolds of CarPro! None of it is true!!!

I really enjoyed doing business with this dealership they were very honest the price online that you see is what you get. What I mean by that is a lot of dealers will mark their prices down then have 3-5000$ worth of dealer adds that you don't know about till you are talking about pricing. These guys know what the real value add on a truck is bed liner and tint no one cares about the other junk. I would definitely recommend buying from these guys
