Around the end of June my clutch system in my car broke (I have a dual clutch), so I got it repaired here. The work was not done to the manufacturers recommendation (to fix both clutch systems at the same time) while it was still under warranty. It ran well up until around August 8th (just under only 6 weeks after). August 15th it broke down again, due to the exact same reason. My car is now no longer under warranty and they are trying to charge me 4k for work that they didn’t fix right the first time! It’s now almost October and I still don’t have my car back!! Please save your money and time!! Go somewhere else!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealer. Everyone from Jared Wingard(sales), Alexandra (accessories), and Mike(financing) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They clearly advertised any dealer add on's, they offered a fair trade in value, a competitive interest rate (beat USAA pre approval), and they did not try to play any games or hide any costs or fees in the deal. Once you are close to closing the deal they bring in Alexandra to go over any and all add on options you could want. She was very informative but also not pushy at all in trying to up sell you on anything. She lays out the items and the benefits (with visual examples on site) and leaves it completely up to you on what you may want to add. I spent weeks shopping around at both Ford and GMC, came close on deals at other dealerships but they all ended up trying to sneak things in or flat out lie. I could not be happier with the transparency, service, and overall friendliness at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrolton! If you are in the market make sure to Call and ask for Jared!
