Lyle Sturgis (Roush and RTR manager) was “Hector Slam” (a most excellent attribute) in the most down to earth but outstandingly professional manner, he knew his product as if the sales, spec, and tech manuals were stored on a hard drive in his head. Then there is the two men that delivered my Roush Nitemare. Devon Tindol and Chris High drove my new truck from the dealership in Gastonia, NC, to Margaret, Alabama overnight. I expected 2 worn out uninterested guys, but what I got was 2 men that seemed as if they were long lost friends from the South Vietnam days. Not only did they know their product, they too were professional but down to earth, had masterful social skills and so much more. I was treated with nothing but humility and kindness by all three men mentioned above. All three are outstanding ambassadors for Tindol Ford, Roush Performance, and RTR Mustangs. I wholeheartedly recommend Tindol Ford, RTR and of course Roush Performance…I love my Roush Performance Nightmare Ford F150 Crew Cab beast of truck (but it does need the supercharger).
