The dealer had the vehicle type I was looking for and has low miles for the year (2008) which was important for my purchase decision. The vehicle had been detailed well, the tires had good tread and had a recent oil change. Overall it looks like its in excellent condition. Also, they have their own garage/mechanics and stated they are ready to make right any mechanical problems with the vehicle. They were ready to deal and the sales process on purchase price as well as price on my trade-in vehicle was a good experience for me and not drawn-out and excessive as it is at larger dealerships.

I was looking to buy a cargo van for work and they didn't have what I needed (price point) the first time I stopped by, so I told Oz (the salesman) what I was looking for. Within a week he had followed up with me, letting me know they had exactly what I was looking for that had just come in on trade-in, but it was filthy. I went down and looked and, trusting Oz at his word, bought the vehicle in a state of shambles but it ran strong so I went for it. Within a week, Oz had a brand new front seat and new windshield installed and a cleaning detail done to the interior to rival any cleaning I have ever seen. I couldn't believe it was the same vehicle. I will be back to Mr. Roberts and see Oz the next time I am looking for a work van. Excellent buying experience. Thanks, Oz!
