The salesperson, LeCoya, was a joy. She showed us CPO EVs and helped us get into an iX. When we took it home we realized the one we bought didn't have some features we thought were there. We went back the next day, and LeCoya and the good people at Rusnak actually found another car matching the packages we wanted and swapped the cars out! They went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure we were happy. We got out X7 there last year, and don't expect to go to any other dealership for any of our car buying needs! Purchased a CPO through Rex who made the process easy and smooth. Rex was extremely patient with my negotiating. After negotiating I was in and out of the dealership within an hour.

Darren never followed up with my order and I was disappointed coming in to discuss about it. Was thrown away he said "he was busy" and gave an attitude in front of my wife.
