Poor salesmanship
I called the day before on a truck they had to see if they still had it talk to Jasmin she checked and said yes. So I tolled Jasmin I would be there in the morning around 9:00 AM she said see you then. So got on the road the next morning later then planed but when 9:00 AM came around I was about an hour away so I call Jasmin to let her know that got on the road late but was almost their she said K see you soon. So got their at 10:00 AM met with Jasmin she went to find the key to the truck. She came back tells me another customer is in financing on the truck and is likely going to buy it and that she was sorry. But that dose not ease the fact that I drove three hours and 200 mil for her to tell me the truck was sold!! It is not good business when some one calls tells them you are on your way and then sells the vehicle out from under you. Not to mention out $68.00 in gas. So you might want to think about it before you deal with them.

They are the best

Don't do it
Lots of cars on the lot other than kia's but do not get distracted. If it's not a Kia they will do nothing for you whatsoever once it is purchased. And the attitudes in the service department are awful, but again it seems to be because I don't have a Kia branded vehicle. Definitely advice I wish I had so here you go.

TINT Nightmare
I bought a brand new 2022 Sorrento. I had to pay a dealer prep fee ($900) for them to prep and tint my car. A week after I picked up my car, there were tint bubbles in my window. I let the sales associate (Eric) know and he proceeded to let the tint guy know. I was set up an “appointment” to get my tints fixed, and little did I know the service department did not even start on my tints. They put a new tint on my window and a week later, I noticed that there two bubbles that formed again and never went away. I also noticed that there were bubbles that were in other windows (you cannot see it from the inside of the vehicle). I live an hour away and had to call off work just to drive two hours and wait at the dealership for 3 hours to tint one window. Let’s see what they do now when I bring my car in again to fix the tints. For anyone wondering, I did not roll down any of my windows and I never washed my car.

Friendly, efficient service
Prompt service even with no appointment. The car wash was nice, too, especially coming even without my mentioning the coupon.

The advisor Nick told me to come in by 3:00PM and he would have us out by 5:30. It even included a wash.
