I brought my ‘21 Kia Seltos in for a 30K service and to
I brought my ‘21 Kia Seltos in for a 30K service and to check a couple other issues while on a cross-country road trip. The service provided was able to solve all my concerns/issues and the results for the multipoint inspection was clearly described by my service representative Clint. He also complimentary transportation back to my house after I dropped off my Kia, and when I picked it up the following day is had been given a good cleaning. I was very satisfied with this service and would recommend the service department to anyone in the area. Thanks.

9 month old car and they quit making parts
After 9 months of buying a new carnival the rear entertainment screen/system quit working. We even bought the electronics warranty just incase. Now 6 months later they keep telling us kia quit making the screens and haven't idea when or if new ones will be made. Won't upgrade us to existing carnival screens. Just beware that if you buy a Kia and a part goes out, it doesn't matter if it's under warranty, they can just quit making the part and say sorry, good luck to you. Avoid kia as the service you get after is not worth it.

I just want to say thankyou to Juan and Clint! Every time i need something i always give them a text. they tell me to bring it in the next day and get everything checked out. Juan, every time i am there he always offers me a drink or always checks and sees if i need anything. When i bought my car he was the salesman! he did an A1 job, and pointed me in the right direction. Clint, man you’re awesome! your customer service was GREAT! and very helpful! every time i text and tell him i’m there he meets me in the express lane. and greets you! Both of these gentlemen are outgoing and deserve the appreciation! Good job guys! Keep up the good work! I definitely recommend these two.

I went somewhere else!
Either they are not honest or honestly ignorant! I went to another dealership! Originally I found a Kia Sorento online and called dealership to inquire about the availability. Initially I was told they had 2 in stock. When I inquired about giving a deposit because it would be in the afternoon before I could be there I was told by "Javier" that they do not take deposits and would not sell to me if I lived more than 150 miles away. Then I was told, in the same conversation, they would sell it to me if I was to drive down there in person. It was close to closing time so we ended the call. The next morning I received a call from Stephanie B. who informed me that it was available and she had put my name on it. When I asked if I needed to put a deposit to hold it ($1,000), as I did not want to drive 3.5 hours only to find out it had sold, I was told she would find out from a manager & call me back. 2 hours later she called to say they would not sell it to me due to my location, but this time she stated it was a KIA corporate rule. I asked who told her this and she stated it was the manager "Mario". I called KIA customer support to find this was also a lie. I called back to speak to Mario and was called back by another manager with a new story & he stated this time was facts. NO TRUST
