My recent regular scheduled maintenance visit was excellent. Quickly made the appointment with Michael Mirek as my Service Rep. He called to let me know what was being addressed during that service visit and sent a video of the service tech discussing the possibility of new tires in about 9 months depending upon use. I saw the calibrations on the video. The service tech also shared what would be addressed next scheduled visit. I appreciate the attention to detail and fantastic customer service. Micheal Mirek has years of experience with Lexus and an abundance of knowledge about their cars. I appreciate his depth of experience and great communication.

The service tech, Mr. Mike Underwood, should be used to tailor all your techs. He handles all my needs at the specified times and monies from the start of my request and keeps me informed as to estimates and completion dates as well as getting me a loaner vehicle. I depend on him to take care of my needs without spending all my monies and have told him to pretend that I am his daddy in doing so he makes decisions from info from your complete staff. That is why I use Hendrix Lexus for my maintenance. Keep up the good work.
