Matt Pennell is an exceptional service manager. All of his service reps are held to a quality standard and they deliver consistently. Nick, who was our service technician, was extremely thorough without trying to add on unnecessary repairs.

Very professional service- had a little mix up with my inspection as they did it last time I had my SUV in the shop - which I thought was a bit 'early' but the tech said it would be fine - went to renew registration and had to call DMV to find out "you need to get it inspected" to which I replied I had - called Hendricks and they advised I had paid for it and they did it but it was 3 days to 'early' so to not inconvenience me again they sent someone to pick it up and take it to get the inspection done - washed it and even put gas in it - TOP NOTCH customer service! Thank you Hendrick BMW!
