Cindy Morales in the finance department has been extremely difficult to work with. Communication has been consistently poor, and despite multiple requests to speak with her supervisor, I have not received any response. It has now been over three months since I purchased three trucks from Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and I still have not received the complete contracts for my vehicles. I also have not been given any information or updates regarding my tags. This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. Because of this situation, I would never buy another truck from this place or recommend anyone to buy any vehicle from this place.
