When we stopped at keffer and met our salesperson,,GENERAL WASHINGTON we had already spoken on the phone before arriving.We were so impressed with him.He was very knowledgeable, upbeat and positive.He had a great sense of humor and kept us laughing.He knew all about the car I was asking about,and even had it ready to test drive when we got there.If you are looking to buy a new or used car,we recomend that you ask for General washington.He will go out of his way to make your experience the best I love my new car

Buying With Ease

I want to start off by Thanking Mr. General Washington for the great customer service he and the dealship provided. No pressure, no funny business. He knew what I was there for and was able to provide me with the best deal possible. I've had my truck for a week now and its everything I could dream of and more. I would absolutly recommend seeing General Washington at Keefer when you're in the market for a new vehicle.

Very glad we bought here

Went car shopping with my daughter on Memorial Day. Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Willie Hailey and Adam Swift. Willie took ample time with us and showed us many fine, low mileage vehicles on the lot and within our price range. At no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable . Ended up purchasing a 2019 with less than 12,500 miles. Nice, hassle free car buying experience. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, give these guys a try. First off the customer service was amazing. I was taken care of by a guy named General Washington. “That is his real name”. He is a honest guy and got me exactly what I wanted. If you go to this dealership, ask for General Washington.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone unless they...

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone unless they have a price on a used car that just can’t be beat. In the event it’s a new car purchase or a used car that’s not competitive, I would go to another dealer. I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like this when potentially purchasing a car or any other consumer product. I arrived at the dealer around 1:30pm Saturday afternoon and immediately informed the salesman of the SUV I was interested in and also told him upfront I’d want to test drive it as the buyer I was looking for was serious about the vehicle. We were told that the SUV had to be quarantined for 3 days in the event I went on a test drive with everything going on with COVID-19. I still requested a test drive after finding out this information. After informing Willie that I wanted to drive the car and it was evident he didn’t want the car to be driven, he went in and informed his GM Shaun that I wanted to drive and he also said we could not drive the car as I was not the buyer. He also confirmed a 3-day quarantine mandated by the state on any car that was taken for a test drive. It took negotiations with Shaun to be able to even test drive the car and if my cousin wasn’t as interested in the car as she was, I would have left the dealership at that moment. It took an additional hour and a half to get everything together to test drive the car after convincing the Finance Manager that the credit score was good enough based on a Credit Karma score to test drive the vehicle and figuring out the offer for the trade value. After driving the car and agreeing to terms, the buyer filled out a credit app and it still wasn’t reviewed or terms completed after an additional three hours (the dealership closes at 7pm). In the end, the buyer ended up buying the SUV based on the great price the dealership offered, but not the service. Again, not a great experience and I would caution anyone who does not want to be profiled in any way or misled by state mandated rules vs. company policy to visit Keffer Jeep unless the price is hard to beat.

WIllie is top notch!

Willie went above and beyond to work with me to test drive a new truck given all the circumstances of social distancing right now. He had the truck cleaned, and ready to go for the test drive. He was very respectful of my time and privacy. When it came time to negotiate, Willie was not pushy at all, and got me a great deal on the truck we wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle from Keffer. Thanks for everything and making buying a new truck fun!

BAIT and SWITCH 2x

Absolutely the worst dealershipI have ever dealt with. Twice had a deal in 3 days but the price kept changing and I still agreed, after 6 plus hours and 2 reworked deals they said we can't sell you that jeep go somewhere else. The reason on day 3 was the "residual" changed overnight. Complete waste of my time and energy. Biggest con-man going - PS the website price isn't even close to the real price. I will never ever come back or recommend this dealership to anyone I come in contact with.

Worst car dealership in Charlotte

Your garbage service will be spread through Social Media like a bonfire!!! I spent $4233.33 in 4 days!!! I'm going to let every social media network know about your vile, shady service. First and foremost, I came in because my cylinders were misfiring. I have fixed cars all my life with my dad and this was a test for you and you failed miserably. After 4 hours of sitting in your waiting area, I was informed that my car needed $6,100 worth of service. I was informed that my head gasket and oil pan gasket were leaking bad, yet there is not even a drop of oil on my driveway, Gotcha!!!! Next, i was informed that my control arms bars needed replacing up front. Gotcha again idiots!! They were placed in 2018. Upon paying $2,702.37, I arrived home only to start the car the next day and when I turned,my steering made a noise. I was informed by Robert Bruce that my rack and opinion was "leaking" and needed to be replaced. After paying $1,530.96, I picked up the car and drove home. When I started the car to get milk for the kids, I turned left and heard the same noise. Of course the idiots in your shop stated that then rack and pinion were leaking. NO LEAKS ON MY DRIVEWAY MORONS!!! You basically xxxx people of their money and I will continue to do many reviews of your horrible service on every platform imaginable, Seriously, how do you people live with yourselves?!!
