I’ve been trying to buy a car for the past year, and just hadn’t really found anything I really wanted that was in my price range and within driving distance. I searched online and found a car here that I was very interested in. The next day I went to the dealership to see it in person, and was introduced to Baylee Butler, who was my sales rep. She was very helpful, showed me the car, and was not pushy at all. Which I really liked because a lot of times you feel pressured when trying to buy a car. When I came back to purchase the car, she and her manager made the “buying” process easy! Baylee kept in contact with me after the process as well to make sure everything exceeded my expectations. The only negative thing I have to say is I did find a small tear in one of the tires when I got home, but I let Baylee know immediately and they are replacing the tire for me. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to purchase a car.

My 2018 jeep wrangler had several issue`s . After two separate trips to the dealership for a total of 10 days the tech claims he can not find any issue`s with the jeep . I went and picked it up and less than two hours later i replicated the failure and video recorded it and sent it to them via email. Even after that they claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle . I am blown away that even with evidence they claim its not happening.

This is my fourth car from Keffer Jeep and I will keep coming back as they always give me the best deal available and are willing to work to keep their customers happy

Wonderful experience. I called the dealer ship at 7:30 one night and General Washington Jr answered the phone and I told him about a truck on their lot I was interested in. He told me all about it and told me it was a nice truck and to come look at it. I live 2 hours away from this dealership in a different state. General assured me this vehicle was top notch and in perfect condition. I drove there the next day and boy was he right. The truck was amazing and he was a very nice man. He sold me the truck. I offered a price and they countered and then I offered another price and they took my offer. Very friendly and willing to help you out. I highly recommend this dealership even if it is a little drive it is highly worth it. General Washington Jr is a top notch salesman.

I am a repeat customer. I worked with Ritchie in internet sales. Ritchie was quick to respond to all my questions. They made some changes to the vehicle for me that were over and above a normal trade in. There was no haggling I got a fair offer from the start. The truck was gassed up and ready for a test drive when I arrived, there was no waiting at all. Ritchie had all the paper work in order and I was in and out in a little over two hours.
