Keffer Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM

This dealership is a waste of time. They don’t follow through on warranty. They owe me money and still haven’t received it. Very disappointed with them. My salesman was horrible (James). You dropped the ball so many time it’s ridiculous. You haven’t followed through at all. I’ve emailed the finance manager about the money they owe me and also the own Joe. Haven’t heard back from either one of them. Next step is to call BBB. Maybe they will get my money back. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. One and done.

I was helped by Robert Murphy. He was an excellent salesman with great personality, wonderful knowledge and a wonderful smile. He helped us to be able to make a decision and also come back the next day to help with another possible purchase. Thank you Keffer for hiring a very good salesman.
