Great Experience

Brandon was a very low pressure sales person. First time I had been to Keffer and was looking for a specific vehicle I saw on the website. He found the car and we went and found it on a very rainy day. Showed my all the details of the car and then we agreed on a price. All went very smoothly. Thanks Brandon

Great Customer Service

Frank was super helpful and patient. He helped me find the perfect car and answered my (long list of) questions. I was really happy with my experience at Keffer and would definitely recommend Frank!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!

Awesome Experience with Constant Follow up!!!

When coming to order our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, Frank was on top of it! Frank listen to our needs and made sure we got what we wanted. When coming to product knowledge he educated us on difference options to make sure we got what we wanted and more. As our jeep was being built, he called and text us the process so we knew what stages it was at. It was worth the 4 hour drive to do business with them! Thank you all for your hospitality and making sure we where satisfied with our new vehicle!!-- the "Hortons"

Poor Customer Service

I contacted this dealership by recommendation of a family member who is a friend of a salesman. Everything was nice and overly accommodating for the purchasing process. But when I had an issue after receiving the vehicle (I purchased from out of state and had the vehicle delivered).... no return calls, no return emails, no answers, no urgency, no concern, just a run around. And the receptionist was rude as if my consistent calling was bothering her.

Be Careful when you deal here...

Be careful with these guys. They claim not to play any games but they are just as suspect as any other dealership. My advice, demand an "out the door price" when shopping here, one trick they use is to add on a $799.99 "Administrative Fee" after you negotiate the purchase price. Make them subtract that from the advertised price. Obtain your own financing at a bank or credit union. And seldom, if ever do you want to agree to any of the Extended Service Agreements they will try to sell you. Finally, and this is really important if you are buying a used car from them, put in writing that they will provide two key fobs for your car (new cars come with two). Replacements can cost upwards of $500. Always remember, there are plenty of cars out there and lots of places to buy one.

Amazing experiance!

Brandon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He was not at all pushy. He listened to what I desired in a new vehicle and made sure I had options within my price range! I highly recommend Brandon! Mike in finance was patient and honest. Thanks for making this process as seamless as possible. I love my new jeep!

New 2018 Grand Cherokee Jeep

I took my 2014 Jeep in for a minor repair and after talking with Leslie Cooper; I purchased a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Leslie Cooper was wonderful to work with and provided great service.
