Disappointed
Dropped my car off to get inspected for a roaring in my drive tire, They say that all Firestones sound that way. But if all Firestones sound that way wouldn't it come from all the tires? And I got it back and its out of line. There are currently 2 recalls on my car and I asked that they are looked at while they have the car but nothing was done on that either. What the heck?

FORT BRAGG SOLDIERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to start this review off by stating that my sales person Myles did a wonderful job meeting my family's needs. My family and I traveled from Fort Bragg, 2.5 hours away, to see a 2015 Chevy Camaro I had initially saw on cars.com and was contacted by sales person Mr. Myles. I was unable to leave the Fort Bragg area before Mr. Myles left for the day, but he gave me the name of another sales person that would help me . The first sales person started out by playing sales games. He tried to make me believe that the price of the car was over $20,000. I showed him that the car was listed on several websites for $17,999 and I had confirmed that before driving from Fort Bragg. He went and got a sales manager that stated that price was for their, "loyal" customers that had purchased cars from them before. He said he would go ahead and let me have it for that price. I explained to him that I had spoke to Mr. Myles before traveling and was told It was the end of the month and they are willing to make deals. I told him I was a Soldier and traveled a long way after work to get a good deal. He was unwilling to budge on the online price. It was very late when I left the dealership so I ended up paying for a hotel and driving home the next day. Mr. Myles called me the next day and had a different sales manager call me back with a better deal. He even had the car delivered to the Fort Bragg area for me. I had a minor issue with the car that Mr. Myles had the dealership repair. Now the bad experience: As a Soldier who has served 21 Years in the Military I have found it easier and cheaper to register my car in my home of record (Florida). It has been almost a month and the dealership has not sent my title information or money to Florida for my registration. My temporary tag will expire 03 Nov 2017. My wife will have to park her car until we receive a tag from Florida. I tried to contact the dealership on multiple occasions for help. They said they will contact me but never do . I received an email from Lori stating she needed my military orders and proof of insurance to send to the state of Florida. I called Angela in finance today and confirmed that I had already given her my all required documents. I called her back and only spoke to her after I told them I wanted to speak to someone in charge. she stated she has been really busy and has not spoke to Lori. I have expressed to her many times in the past that I was concerned that they were taking too long to send my title paperwork off. She stated that I cannot receive another temporary tag and there is nothing they can do for me. I have asked on many occasions to speak to a General Manager. When you call they will not let you speak to anyone in authority. Learn from my mistake my fellow Soldiers BEWARE!!!!!!
