Great people, great work.
We worked with Al when we took our older Jetta in for repairs. They solved all of our problems and even fixed my sunroof at no charge. Gave me a loaner car while they were doing the work even though we had bought the vehicle elsewhere. Would definitely recommend VW of South Charlotte to anyone.

Best VW dealership of the Carolina's
I purchased a used 2015 VW Tiguan for my wife and the service department has been exceptional in addressing minor problems we ran into it. Al is the service advisor that helped me the last time and he was very professional and helpful answered all my questions. Spiros kept me entertained while I waited. He's a very kind salesmen and very well informed. He doesn't forget a face either. Buy from that guy trust me you'll enjoy the experience a lot more.

Great salesman
I loved my salesman Saaid Olmedo. Saaid was so knowledgable any question I had he knew the answer. Saaid took the time and showed me how to work every feature on my new Atlas. When I left the dealership I was very confident in my purchase. Volkswagen of South Charlotte was very fair to deal with. Andrew Woods in the finance department was very personable. Andrew explain in detail all about the warranties.
