I only go to Yvonne at Ira Subaru. She is the best. This dealership is very nice I have even entertained a toddler there while I waited, and I have done plenty of remote work as well.

I was able to schedule my maintenance service for a timeframe that fit my needs and my schedule. I was also sent a coupon for the anniversary of my car purchase month that saved me $61! I was able to pick and choose the services I wanted without a hassle from the service writer. My car received a complimentary wash!

I switched years ago from this Subaru dealership to a
I switched years ago from this Subaru dealership to a different one for servicing of my vehicle. I forgot why I switched so recently I had a coupon so came back for service and this was my second time coming back recently. I was quoted the service would take an hour and a half maximum and it took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. At the other service site, they always get me in and out in less than an hour for a simple oil change. My main concern was that I was told it would only take an hour and a half, and it was twice as long. I don?t know if they?re booking too many appointments in a day, but I probably will be going back to the other Subaru dealership for services ongoing because I don?t have time to waste. The attendant was very pleasant and apologetic which I appreciated but today I did have an appointment to get to and I wish I would have known it would take as long as it did.

We have had several issues with this dealership. We bought out our lease here and the car was grounded for 3 weeks (why? No idea). We asked them to service the car at that time (they did not). The car had about 39k miles on it at the time we bought it out. We purchased an extra warranty when we bought the car. Fast forward, we bring it in for service and they recommended I spend almost $4k for repairs and maintenance. They had no record of pur warranty that we purchased through them - actually they had zero info on our car in general. Not even that we purchased it from them. I came in wanting an oil change and tire rotation. They wanted me to get four brand new tires (on a 3 year old car) and fix part of the suspension as well as get a 30k service. Why that didnt get done when it was grounded for 3 weeks, I have no idea. Taking this to a local garage thats much more trustworthy.
