Excellent purchase service

Again and truly outstanding purchase experience. I was impressed with the ease of the purchase in providing me a vehicle at USAA pricing. Marven was an outstanding salesperson. Don Sprouse was super in finance. He is a true asset to the dealership and sales experience.

New Vehicle Purchase

Never go here!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Found a vehicle and agreed on a price late on a Friday. Credit was perfect, floor manger agreed, and asked if I could come back on Monday since his dealership closed at 730. Agreed, and took the vehicle home with dealer plates. Came back on Monday and sat down to sign paperwork and price was different. Told them this isn’t what was agreed on, and they said take it or leave it. I asked for the floor manager I had worked with and they said no. Horrible customer service. NEVER go to this place. Additionally, it is dirty and as soon as you pull into the lot you have 5 people asking you personal questions. Again, horrible experience and will NEVER go back!

Good experience

Totally pleasant experience. From driving onto the lot and then driving off of the lot the total experience was very pleasant. Left the lot with a new vehicle.
