Car war properly checked, problem was fixed. Service advisor Ms. Tague explained the problem to me clearly. She suggested what should be done and let me decide what to be fixed. Didn't push like other service advisors. Only the scheduling system is a bit of confusing. My car was scheduled to have service on Thursday and drop off my car and pick up loaner's car on late Wednesday. But the receptions kept telling in their system, it's labelled as Wednesday. I received text saying service on Wednesday. When I called, they said their system just work this way.
