Not sure who I talked to on the phone but she was very

Not sure who I talked to on the phone but she was very helpful in arranging a loaner. The only very minor issue was that they left the paper mat and plastic seat cover so I had to discard that myself.

The entire buying experience went smoothly. Tom, our salesman, walked us patiently through the shopping, selection, test driving, and buying process. Robert then took over and went over the features of the Mercedes touch screen, and patiently explained them several times.
