Nicholas was great!

Nicholas was great! Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. He asked when I needed my car back and he "delivered" on that time. Thank you! One thing I particularly like at Mercedes Princeton, is when you drive into the service area and someone is right there, outside to greet you and take the car. Love that! It's welcoming and convenient. All in all a great experience!

Robert and his colleagues at Benz Princeton worked jointly on our purchase, the whole process began with the experienced receptionist, ended perfectly with Robert’s knowledgable delivery, he knows this car to the level that he explained everything to us after coveting the system language to Chinese, this is above expectation, truly a master of his line of business.
