Buying from Arno was/is a dream. This was my second MB car through Arno. He is professional, classy, meticulous in every way (duh), really knows his cars, and is always transparent. After my purchase, Robert gave me an incredible tour of my ‘24GLC. He is a MB Car Guru, with tremendous knowledge of car details. and has even more patience, lol. I had a seamless, very pleasant experience buying my new ride. My only suggestion would be to consider creating an inviting seating area (even if it’s a small sofa and side table). I waited in the showroom a variety of times and looked around for a soft place to land, however the chairs around the perimeter of the showroom weren’t too inviting. A warmer, more substantial seating area(s) would be a nice touch, aesthetically, and likely appreciated by your customers. Thank you.

My first time at this dealer and it was a pleasure. Only had a new battery installed (2 mos after buying the car at another dealer out of state) but Jeff the service manager gave me 10% off the job to ensure I wasn’t sour on the Mercedes brand so soon after buying a CPO car. The car was also washed and detailed upon pickup. Great service!

Victor and service center associates were very polite and
Victor and service center associates were very polite and responsive. Victor did not oversell service needs and focused on what is needed and helped reduce my cost. However the cost of service is higher than expected. It should not cost $600+ for an oil change and tire rotation. I will be reluctant to recommend
