We had a very good experience during the entire process, starting from the selection and order through delivery. In particular, our experience with Alex was extremely satisfactory. Alex was very informative, proactive and very easy to work with . The process was very smooth . Also, Robert who walked us through the car was very informative, patient and knowledgable about the vehicle . Overall , a very positive experience. We very highly recommend Princeton Mercedes

Worked with Doug to order a car with specific pacakages

Worked with Doug to order a car with specific pacakages and features. Even though the car was delayed for reasons beyond his control, ee kept me informed through the process. It was a smooth & streamlined experience. On the day of delivery, Robert explained all the features of the car in a very efficient and easy to understand manner. Was courteous and professional too.

The young man that took care of me was very good.

The young man that took care of me was very good. Also, the driver who took me back and forth to work was also very polite. I don't want to leave out the receptionist- she was outstanding! Pleased!
