This is the best customer service experience at mercedes

This is the best customer service experience at mercedes dealership I had. Previously been in a different dealership and it's absolutely different, can't compare. I refer all my friends who owns the mercedes, from now on to use Your service center only!!! Thank You!!!

Mark and I have always dreaded the typical dealership

Mark and I have always dreaded the typical dealership experience. George and his team, specially Arno and Richard, made our experience very pleasurable. This was our second purchase within a year from Mercedes Benz- Princeton. George was the principal reason for our purchases. He took charge of the buying process. From bringing a car for us to check out, to ordering the features he knew we would want. We have a Mercedes dealership within ten miles of our home, so it speaks volumes that we chose to buy from Mercedes Benz - Princeton.

This is my second purchase from M-B of Princeton.

This is my second purchase from M-B of Princeton. After 10 years, I decided to make a purchase on a more updated vehicle. From the receptionist at the front desk (whom I know) to reuniting with Doug who sold me a vehicle in 2013 to Robert who was knowledgeable and beyond patient in explaining the workings of of my car, I'm pleased with the service. I didn't work with Richard.

I didn't work with Richard. I worked with Ian Fyffe and he was incredible!! (Well, Richard showed me the car upon my arrival to pick it up, and was very pleasant.) Now, back to Ian: I never thought I would utter these words when purchasing a car, but this was, hands down, the BEST experience I have EVER had dealing with a car salesperson. EVER. Ian is not pushy, service-oriented, a consummate professional, friendly, transparent and straight forward. My purchase was a a tad complicated as well and he made sure I knew and took advantage of every rebate possible as part of the purchase / trade-in. An outstanding experience without question. Thank you, Ian!!!
