My experience at Mercedes of Princeton was wonderful. I traveled 2 hours from another state because they had the car I wanted in inventory. Paul L. is an exceptional salesperson who made my car buying process a breeze and answered my questions and concerns in a highly intelligible and knowledgeable manner. He is funny and very personable. Also thank you to Jimmy the nice manager for the welcome greeting. Their website allows you to email any of their staff directly which I find convenient for purchasing a car.

Informative and Helpful Product Specialist.

Informative and Helpful Product Specialist. Robert Lisi was responsible for explaining all of the functions of our new EQE and he did a great job. This is a brand new model and contains a bunch of features. Robert took the time to patiently go over everything and really knew how everything worked. In addition, he got us connected to our phones and to the MercedesMe app, which was appreciated. Really nice guy and a great resource.

I needed a new key fob for my Mercedes GLB250 and the service experience was seamless and convenient. Mike from parts coordinated with Andy from service to submit all the paperwork to my extended warranty company. All I needed to do is show up and then even washed my car when finished. Highly recommended Team!
