Arno was the best salesman I have ever worked with --

Arno was the best salesman I have ever worked with -- it's that simple! He was no nonsense and was totally honest with me throughout the process. There was never any "let me talk to my manager" stuff. Arno took complete control of the whole experience and he made me feel comfortable. None of my questions were ignored and it was truly a pleasure working with him. During my initial search to look at EQEs, I actually visited three other Mercedes dealers that were closer to my home. But as soon as I met Arno, I knew that this was the guy. His knowledge of the car (which is a brand new model) and the competition was what immediately put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands.

Paul Lai was a fantastic person who gave me a detailed

Paul Lai was a fantastic person who gave me a detailed tour of the vehicle, spent time with me to understand the requirements, and helped me find the best available model within the dealership. His commitment to customers is outstanding, he constantly keeps in touch with the customers even after the sales which shows his experience in this industry. In his absence during the delivery of the vehicle, he assigned Dale Cook was exceptional during the delivery of the vehicle. Even Richard who gave me the tour of the vehicle, explained to me all the options that are equipped and was very helpful in understanding the vehicle firsthand!
