First and foremost, my service advisor, Victor Rivera, is second to none ! He is a very knowledgeable Mercedes service representative in your dealership as well as an asset . His empathy and understanding of the client’s concerns and needs signify his professional approach to resolution of the problems. The front office staff is very pleasant and accommodating, and the service area and waiting areas are very clean. My experience was very smooth and completely satisfying.

Princeton Mercedes is my preffered dealership. I have been a customer since 1986 so that speaks volume. The owner Bob Greces and all the employees ate courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and ultimate professionals.. The employees that personally helped me were Dale Cook, John Lisi,Lauren Berger. And Victor Rivera. However, there were others in different departments that were instrumental and assisted. I highly recommend Princeton Mercedes.

I was impressed by Richard's extensive knowledge and instant responses. As there were many updates in the new GLC, I asked him a lot of questions starting from vehicle settings, digital connections, to driving functions, Richard was able to answer all of them in a very clear and gentle manner. He is very professional and I really enjoyed the experience! I also appreciate Alex's ability to understand my needs and find the best vehicle available.
