Last May in 2022 , I purchased my first Mercedes vehicle
Last May in 2022 , I purchased my first Mercedes vehicle from Paul. After learning that Mercedes was unveiling the new GLC300 this May, I was excited to visit again with Paul. The vehicle is a total redesign and equipped with the latest technology. Needless to say, it's a vehicle in high demand. However, Paul assured me that when my particular exterior and interior color combo that I requested became available, he would be sure to contact me. It was but a few days later when I received his call letting me know my vehicle was on the lot! After a short sit down to review the numbers, I was the proud owner of the elegant GLC300. Before driving off, Robert, the new car technician was more than accommodating, making sure to explain all of the features of my vehicle both inside and out. When I did drive off, I felt they combined to create the most satisfying car buying transaction that I've ever experienced. And yes, I would highly recommend this dealership, in particular Paul and Robert. In todays customer service industry, they certainly proved to be a most pleasant breath of fresh air!
