Nick has been my service rep since I got the car in 2022.

Nick has been my service rep since I got the car in 2022. He remembers me, remembers my car and is the principal reason why I leased my new 2025 car from Princeton. He listened carefully each time I brought the car in, understood the matters I raised and was appropriately in contact to update me on the status of the service.

Robert was excellent as the product advisor (a very important position, given the increasing reliance on technical innovations). He obviously loves the brand and was thoroughly conversant with my particular car as well as all the Mercedes cars I've owned from a time before Robert was even born. He was completely knowledgeable, personable, clear, answering every question in a way my wife and I understood. He also advised on what functions were primary and most valuable for us to master immediately and which ones were less important to master.

Aaron was INCREDIBLY helpful! We called Aaron numerous times throughout the year about a GLS. He was always so patient, kind, and driven to help us get the perfect vehicle. Just to put in perspective how much we enjoyed working with Aaron, we have 4 additional Mercedes dealerships within 20 minutes of us, and Aaron is an hour away. We knew once we were ready to buy, he was going to be our guy! Once it was finally time, Aaron made the process seamless in every aspect. He also helped us with our trade! I would recommend Aaron to anyone looking for an honest, patient, and determined Mercedes dealer. Jeffrey the product concierge was also very informative in explaining our vehicle- we left feeling like pros!
