When I had a question - five months later - Robert Lisi responded immediately and solved my "issue" with expertise and without charge. I highly recommend this dealership and Robert.

My rating is STRICTLY because of Victor Riviera. He's an advisor there that went above and beyond. Even after helping I tried to bribe him (sue me) to ensure everything I needed would be done and he declined and said it wasn't necessary. I was in a horrible situation and was out of town and had lost my key fob. He ordered a new one, programmed it, and checked for any damage from the extreme towing. Another Mercedes dealership that was closer to where my vehicle was stranded (Mercedes Benz of Edison Ray Catena) was AWFUL. Unwilling to assist and rude and basically the worse customer service ever. So it was a commute to the Princeton dealership but Im glad they turned me down because Victor made everything seamless in an already stressful situation. I cant express my gratitude enough and give so many thank you's to him and his staff for supporting me and giving great customer service during a difficult time. I was communicating from another state "VA" but he kept me informed the entire time and didn't get frustrated when I still called for updates after telling me already he would reach out lol. He simply kept reassuring me and keeping me informed. Thank you Victor and I hope that dealership realizes the asset they have in you there! -Jessica from Virginia
