My entire experience has been very positive, especially with the concierge service. Both Robert and Richard have helped me with configuring various features of my new GLC 300 and have been pleasant and professional each time. I have been totally satisfied with the dealership.

I just got a 2022 GLC today in Princeton Mercedes from

I just got a 2022 GLC today in Princeton Mercedes from Mr. Dale. He was very patient and calm to find the best car for me. Also, he explained and analyzed three different cars to help me to decide the best option. Mr. Robert helped me to understand how to operated a new vehicle. The best part of his lectures is connecting my phone to the vehicle to get Google map! Mr. Dale and Mr, Robert made my day perfect!

First-rate experience in all respects. Even gave me a prepaid shipping envelope to ship my spare key to them overnight when I forgot to bring it! In these challenging times, with supply-side woes making everything more difficult, I had no problem getting what I wanted by special order (and a bit of waiting). Work was performed as scheduled and Andy saved me over

Work was performed as scheduled and Andy saved me over $800!! The initial price was more but Andy’s honesty saved me from work that didn’t need to be done. I went and got a wheel alignment as suggested and was able to make it to ATL with no issues! I only paid for the actual part that was damaged! I’ll definitely utilize your services when I’m in the area. Truly appreciate Mercedes-Benz of Princeton!! Will definitely recommend my colleagues!!
