We have owned Mercedes Benz cars since 2000. We are unhappy with our previous salesperson. But, Tom couldn't have been more accommodating. He was responsive. But, in addition, he kept me informed about the delivery of my car -- no need to call him for an update. It was truly a great experience.

Got an oil change asked the service advisor if they could
Got an oil change asked the service advisor if they could fill up my wiper fluid he said they do that with every oil change. They did not. Got an appointment early at 7:45 so i could have my brakes changed, they did not change by 6pm and did not give me a loaner. Would not recommend.
