We have owned Mercedes Benz cars since 2000. We are unhappy with our previous salesperson. But, Tom couldn't have been more accommodating. He was responsive. But, in addition, he kept me informed about the delivery of my car -- no need to call him for an update. It was truly a great experience.

The entire experience at Mercedes Benz Princeton was exceptional. I dread the car buying process and Aaron made the entire process a breeze. He was honest and straightforward which i really appreciated. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him. After my purchase Alex the concierge Thoroughly went over the car with me until i was comfortable with my new vehicle. Got an oil change asked the service advisor if they could

Got an oil change asked the service advisor if they could fill up my wiper fluid he said they do that with every oil change. They did not. Got an appointment early at 7:45 so i could have my brakes changed, they did not change by 6pm and did not give me a loaner. Would not recommend.

He’s even helped me deal with my car insurance for my claim payment, so I can pick up my car without delay. With new OEM parts installed, my car runs smooth again.
