I am very pleased with the service and attention that I received at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. I came to Mercedes-Benz of Princeton in late February after 9months of a bad experience at another Mercedes dealer. Mercedes-Benz of Princeton understood my frustration and addressed all my concerns. Mercedes-Benz of Princeton prides themselves as being a family-oriented dealership with personal attention to its clients and guess what – it’s true!! At Mercedes-Benz of Princeton, sales representative, Puneet Kapoor assisted in building my 2024 GLE 450. Unlike the other Mercedes dealership and sales representative, Puneet constantly emailed me about the status of my vehicle including its early arrival. When I came to inspect the vehicle for delivery, Puneet walked me through everything. Additionally. Robert Lisi spent as much as I needed to explain and show me how to operate the vehicle. Robert has followed several times to see how I was doing with my vehicle, and it has only been 24 hours since I received my vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Princeton . I think it is very important to note the significance of my comments because I started this journey to purchase a 2024 GLE 450 a year ago, “May 2023”. And exactly a year later and a second Mercedes dealership – “Mercedes-Benz of Princeton,” I finally received my 2024 GLE 450. I strongly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Princeton.
