This was the best overall vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. From the time I ordered the vehicle to the delivery Ed Moravek and team exceeded what I expected from the Mercedes brand. Ed conveyed to me his commitment to getting the vehicle I wanted, and all his actions supported his commitment. He was fluent in every aspect / option of a Mercedes. He built confidence and trust in me for the dealership and the brand. Ed proactively kept in touch with me and updated me about the progress of my vehicle. Ed is a Tier 1 professional - by FAR the best sales person I’ve ever done business with. Big shout out to Puneet and Richard (patience and excellent communicator to demystify all the features) who helped deliver the vehicle. The delivery experience was excellently memorable and smooth. There were zero bumps or surprises that would leave a negative vibe when I think back about all that went in to acquiring the vehicle. Looking and the entire experience, it all felt premium, uber special, elegant, next level… like a Mercedes. Highly recommend!

My new car experience was exceptional with Mercedes-Benz of Princeton! Our salesman, Arno Orsini, was professional, caring of our time, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly! John Lisi and his assistant were both able to answer any questions about the car that I had on delivery. It made for an all around very pleasant experience! I go out of my way to come to this dealership knowing the service from start to finish is going to be fantastic!

Came to the dealership due to an issue with Mercedes app
Came to the dealership due to an issue with Mercedes app that was set up at another dealership. Richards was very friendly, found out a problem, wrong email was attached, helped to fix it. Answered other questions I had about the car, was very patient, helped with some setting. Great customer service. Thanks Richard. Front desk person was very friendly too. I will use this dealership for all my needs.

Robert did a fantastic job explaining the 2024 GLC coupe to me. Robert was very helpful and confidently had the answers to alllll my questions. I felt it was genuine when he mentioned to reach out if I had any questions later, which made me feel very comfortable. Regarding Princeton Mercedes-Benz - I have been a Mercedes girlie since I got my license. I have worked with quite a few MB dealers. Princeton is BY FAR THE BEST in terms of Customer Service and HONESTY!!! I drive over an hour to work with this crew vs one 20 mins from my home. Shout out to Arno, the best of the best!!!! Thank you Princeton MB!!! I love my new car and appreciate all your help during this process!!!!!!

Exceptional Cu7stomer Service and communication. Not a big fan of the Loaner Policy as my car that was being serviced/diagnosed is a Mercedes, just not purchased at the dealership. Very enjoyable experience and Nick is Awesome...Scheduled a courtesy driver to get to a meeting and back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle.
