I’ve been coming to Mercedes Princeton for over 10 years

I’ve been coming to Mercedes Princeton for over 10 years and my recent visit was the most successful in all those years. It is now much more team oriented, efficient and friendly. It feels like the service dept actually cares about you and the car. Congrats on the improvements you have made.

These are the nicest group of people. My experience with the service departments at various dealerships scan decades. Now that i discovered Michael Hoehman at the service department of this company, I am comfortable going just to MB Princeton. So comfortable in fact,I purchased another vehicle while picking up my car....

This was my first experience buying a Mercedes Benz

This was my first experience buying a Mercedes Benz vehicle. I reached out to MB of Princeton as I use to pass it daily on the way to work and because of co-workers experiences. I was not dissapointed. Doug Greces was the salesman I worked with on my deal. I never walk into a dealership without first nailing down a general deal on any vehicle I purchase. In this regard, Doug was very patient and always responsive to my questions and concerns. Excellent job! Once the paperwork was out of the way I was turned over to Robert Lisi who introduced me to my new Mercedes and take delivery. Robert did an exceptional job explaining all the "bells & whistles" on the vehicle as well as sending me informative videos of different features. I really enjoyed my buying experience at MB of Princeton, which is something I don't normally say when buying a new car. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was polite and helpful. Thanks to the whole team for making this a great experience.

Service experience was excellent. Had a flat tire and brought in the car with no appointment. They had the tire in stock and replaced it for me on the spot. Brian was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
