Having an EV that never needs service I did have to have a wheel/rim repaired. I had cleaned and vacuumed my iX the day before I brought it in. It was returned with dried leaves on passenger seat, what appeared to be wood chips and sand in the footwell from the passenger side all weather mats across the middle carpeting and on the driver side all weather mats. A white sheet of paper was covering the stuff on the passenger side. Interior was also extremely dusty considering I had cleaned everything with microfiber cloths the day before. The rim repair did come out nice.

Made the appointment on a recall. I requested a loaner car. They first told me I could not put my “Dog” in it. I replied really as my animals is a service animal and clearly marked as such. Returned than later she she don’t bring the dog back on return. Of loaner . I stated are you serious to state that she said management told her as such she is just telling me what they said. I can not believe this. She almost asked me to give proof of service but she did not ask what service he have just no do not bring your service animal here to return the car.
